Refund policy
The Non-Negotiable Seal Integrity Clause: Eligibility for a physical return or exchange is strictly contingent upon the product arriving back at our facility in its original, factory-sealed condition. Once the protective vacuum seal, heat-shrink band, or tamper-evident cap has been broken, breached, or removed, the product is immediately classified as a "Compromised Unit." Due to irreversible exposure to environmental contaminants and potential handle-related impurities, compromised units are legally and ethically ineligible for resale and, therefore, cannot be processed for a refund or return under any circumstances.
Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs: In the event that a return is authorized under our strict guidelines, the consumer assumes full responsibility for all associated logistical expenses. ElderKitty does not provide prepaid return labels; therefore, all return shipments must be independently funded and organized by the sender. We strongly recommend utilizing a trackable courier service, as the risk of loss during transit remains with the consumer until the item is physically received and logged by our fulfillment center.
Subscription return clause: Customers who enroll in a recurring subscription for Elder Kitty Dental Drops may cancel their subscription at any time, preventing all future billing cycles. However, any monthly order that has already been generated and placed including orders triggered at the start of a new billing cycle are considered confirmed purchases and are not eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund, as subscribers are presented with a clear advance notice prior to each order being placed as well as an option to opt in or opt out during checkout. By enrolling in a subscription, customers acknowledge and agree that it is their sole responsibility to cancel prior to the next scheduled order date, and Elder Kitty reserves the right to decline refund requests for orders placed in accordance with this disclosed billing schedule.
